2016 pre-Ride Report

To all RFC participants:

On Saturday June 11th, a merry band of misfit motorcycle riders executed the pre-ride for the upcoming Ride for the Clover to ensure the timing of the stops and the quality of the roads.

As you all know the quality of the roads in NM varies, but we experienced no closures or construction, so that was great! The vistas were awesome, the twisties were terrific and the weather was partly perfect! We did hit a few thunderstorms, but nothing that diminished the absolute exhilaration we all get from being outdoors.

We stopped at Echo Canyon which is an incredible natural formation! You gotta see it! We rode the famed Enchanted Circle! You gotta do it! We cruised from Taos to Mora alongside a beautiful flowing river full of rocks and bends! You gotta love it!

Here are a few pictures from our little trip.

I'm so looking forward to our 4th ride and the great hospitality from 4H, Cooperative Extension and our Ag Experiment Stations! I just booked my room at the Sagebrush on Saturday, Aug. 27th! See you there!
